Technical Information: During your use of this HotSpot service, Pragmeta Wireless logs the standard information necessary for normal service operations. We record your machine's IP and MAC addresses and both successful and unsuccessful login and logout attempts along with the attempted login name. Additionally, when using the HotSpot web site itself, we log the standard web service information: the files your machine downloads (mostly web pages and images), your browser and Operating System type and protocol information (HTTP or HTTPS). For troubleshooting reasons, the information we record may change temporarily to diagnose and solve problems.
Personal Information: During the secure sign up process, you will be entering personal information. This consists of your login name, password, service plan, email address, your credit card's billing name, address and zip code, card number, expiration date, CSC code and the type of card used. From this information, we record your name and email address for contact purposes and your login name and password for authentication purposes; all other information is discarded after attempting the credit transaction (whether successful or not).
Third Parties: Unless required by law, Pragmeta Wireless will not sell, share or otherwise release any recorded information to third parties without your permission. This information is for the sole use of Pragmeta Wireless for the provision of services.
Return and Cancellation Policy
All sales of pre-paid Internet usage are final. No refunds or returns.
